Slender Skimmer

The Slender Skimmer, also known as the Green Marsh Hawk, is the "Top Gun" of the dragonfly world. Often found patrolling garden ponds and rice fields across Asia and Australasia, this fierce predator is easily recognized by its strikingly thin tail and emerald-tinted body. While it looks like a delicate glass ornament, it is actually one of the most successful and aggressive hunters in the insect kingdom.
